TPS Honduras - Re-Registracion Expira Febrero 13, 2018 ; Inscribase Ya!

La registraccion para obtener su Permiso de Trabajo por otros 6 meses desde Enero 5, 2018 a Julio 5, 2018 estara expirando en Febrero 13, 2018.  Registrese con el Departamento de Inmigracion conocido como Homeland Security antes de Febrero 13, 2018, ya que los nacionales de Honduras solamente tienen estos 6 meses de extension, hasta que La Administraccion Trump and Homeland Security decidan si seguiran aprovando una extension del TPS para Hondurenos o si lo Cancelaran como ha sido el caso de nuestros hermanos Salvadorenos, Nicaraguenses, Haitianos, y otros grupos que ya han sido afectados y a los cuales se les dio un ano para salir de los Estados Unidos. 

Asi que hermano(a) Hondureno/a preparese, y por el momento obtenga su extension de 6 meses que vencera en Julio 5, 2018.

Consulte siempre con un abogado, o alguien en el area de inmigraccion que sea calificado, o contacte una organizacion no lucrativa que le ayude.  Si no tiene accesso para recibir ayuda, contacte la Embajada Hondurena mas cercana para que lo puedan asistir o referir.

TPS Re-Registration for Honduras is going to close on February 13, 2018.  This is the registration to obtain your EAD (Employment Card for the next 6 months, from January 5, 2018 to July 5, 2018).

Please make sure you visit a legal professional or a immigration center and/or an immigration non-profit organization to assist you with filling the paperwork necessary to submit your documents to Department of Homeland Security.  If you don't have a close immigration organization, then contact your closes Hondurean Embassy in the United States; they will be able to assist you finding help.

Si usted es Hondureno (a), el comunicado del Departamento de Inmigracion (DHS) indica que la fecha de expiracion de los Permisos de Trabajo seran automaticamente extendidos para que expiren en Julio 2018.  Por el momento el Departamento de Inmigracion (homeland security) no ha puesto una forma en su portal para volver a sucribirse al TPS, ya que El Departamento de Inmigracion todavia no ha hecho una decision final de que si extendera o daran a los Hodurenos la oportunidad de quedarse legalmente en Estados Unidos continuando con el Programa de TPS,  La decision sera comunicada despues de acuerdo a la Secretaria de Inmigracion Elaine Duke.

Entendemos que el Gobierno no ha indicado una fecha de reinscripcion, Pero usted necesita saber si debe de llenar los formularios de la Forma I-765 y Forma I-821 para obtener la extencion automatica para Julio del 2018. 

No deje que su permiso de trabajo venza sin haber llamado a inmigracion para informarse que debe de hacer durante estos 6 meses.

If Hillary Clinton Is Charged With Obstruction Of Justice She Could Go To Prison For 20 Years

In the world of politics, the cover-up is often worse than the original crime.  It was his role in the Watergate cover-up that took down Richard Nixon, and now Hillary Clinton’s cover-up of her email scandal could send her to prison for a very, very long time.  When news broke that the FBI has renewed its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, it sent shockwaves throughout the political world.  But this time around, we aren’t just talking about an investigation into the mishandling of classified documents.  I haven’t heard anyone talking about this, but if the FBI discovers that Hillary Clinton altered, destroyed or concealed any emails that should have been turned over to the FBI during the original investigation, she could be charged with obstruction of justice.  That would immediately end her political career, and if she was found guilty it could send her to prison for the rest of her life.

I have not seen a single news report mention the phrase “obstruction of justice” yet, but I am convinced that there is a very good chance that this is where this scandal is heading.  The following is the relevant part of the federal statute that deals withobstruction of justice…

Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsified, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under Title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
